Fuf is the filling we use is most of our items. The correct name for it is polyurethane foam. It is soft a squishy compared to stiff and firm like your average beanbags. Also the Fuf filling will last a lifetime and will never go flat. The Fuf filling is conforming to your body and will leave no pressure points. The foam used passes the California code for flammable items. The products filled with Fuf are great for persons with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
What is the difference between Fuf Chairs and LoveSac?
There is not a difference between these 2 items. They are the same product made by 2 different companies. The producer of Fuf, Comfort Research, has been making these products for many years now and we continue to add new and innovative products to our product lines. The only big difference between LoveSac and Fuf chairs is the price. Fuf products are more affordable and hold to our warranties. So try out a Fuf you are guaranteed to love it!
What is your Low Price Guarantee?

In the unlikely chance you do find another company selling the same product for a lower price we will match that price 110%. The price match must include all shipping. What is an inner liner and do I need one?
An inner liner is a necessity if you will want to machine wash your exterior cover. We would definitely suggest purchasing an inner liner for many other reasons also. In the future you will be able to purchase a new cover with a change of decor. It also adds additional support. The inner liner is a white cotton fabric with an additional locked zipper. If an inner liner is not purchased the cover's zipper will be locked for child protection.
After sitting on your Fuf chair a few times you may begin to see that it starts to get a little flat and not as fluffy. This is because all of the foam is getting packed. This is easily fixed. You just have to re-Fuf. Take your Fuf chair and flip it and push it. You will just have to rotate it and brake up and pieces of foam that get clumped together. Do this until you are satisfied and you are ready to enjoy your Fuf chair once again!
How do I know if this is secure?
Our website is fully secure and confidential. We do not provide any of your information with any other parties and our credit card processing is provided by Paypal which is as safe and secure as you can get! If for any reason you do not feel comfortable please contact us and we will hope to remedy your concerns.
How are the items shipped and how long does it take?
All of our items are shipped out FedEx. We send out tracking numbers a few days before you will receive your items. If you purchased more then one item you may receive them at different times. Our Fuf chairs are shipped vacuum packed. They ship around 1/3 of there usual size. Which allows for easier hiding! Shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks from the day that all information and payment is received.
I ordered 2 or more items and only received one, where is my other item?
When you purchase more then one item almost all the time they will ship out together. Unfortunately most of them will get seperated and you will receive one before the other. So please do not worry. Please contact us if you do not receive your other items within the week.
What is the warranty on your products?
All of our products come with a 1 year manufacturer defects warranty. If there is a problem please let us know asap and we will be more then happy and remedy the situation!
What is your return policy?
All items that you will want returned (other then defects and miss sent items) must be in the same condition as they were received. There will be a 15% restocking fee and you will be charged for shipping. But if there is a problem with the order please notify us asap.
How do I wash my Fuf chair cover?
Any product that came with an inner liner will allow you to take off the cover and machine wash it. All of our fabrics are safe to put in the washing machine. If you did not purchase an inner liner you are able to spot clean with a wet sponge or rag and some soap. New covers are available to purchase that can either go over your old cover or can replace your old cover if you purchase an inner liner.
I am not sure what color fabric to get do you send swatches?
If you are unsure about which color or fabric is best for you just let us know and we can send you up to 3 different swatches. This will make it easier to compare and figure out which will go with your decor best. But please note that certain colors may vary slightly from fabric rolls each time we need to reorder fabric. Fabric swatches will be sent out within the next week so it will delay the process of receiving your items.
We know that you are excited to get your order. In order to have such a wide selection of items and fabrics each item is not made until you order. So shipping does take a little bit. Usually around 2-3 weeks. There are certain times that we do run out of fabric and there is a backorder, but we will notify you if that is the issue. If you still have concerns please let us know and we will be more then happy to help.
Are you able to expedite shipping?
Unfortunately we are not able to expedite shipping. There are certain items at times that are available for quick shipping and you may contact us for that information and we will be more then happy to help. Otherwise all other items are on the 2-3 weeks delivery time which includes manufacturing.
What if I received the wrong item?
Unfortunately there are times where the wrong item is sent out. If that is the issue simply let us know and we will make sure it is all taken care of asap. If you have not already, please do not take the product out of the box. We will send ups to pick up the item and we will have the correct item out asap.
What should I do if I my item has a defect?
If this is the case please notify us asap. We will have the product picked up and have the new one sent out asap. We are very sorry, this does not happen often.
Why is my zipper pull broken off?
Each one of our items that is not purchased with an inner liner will be locked for child safety. By being locked we simply take off the pull to the zipper. To access the inner part of your Fuf chair you may use a paper clip and that will work just as well as the original pull. If you did purchase an inner liner there should be a pull on the cover but not on the inner liner. If you have any further questions please let us know.
I just received my chair and it is not filled all the way?
If you have just received your chair and have taken it out of the box then it is not fully inflated. This will take a couple of days to get to its full size because the foam was compact time to fit in the box for shipping. But if after a couple of days you feel that your chair is not up to par please let us know and we will be more then happy to help.
When will my credit card be charged?
In order to start the process of making your item we will be charging your credit card right away. Otherwise until we receive payment we will not be able to start making your item.
Unfortunately after the order is placed we are usually unable to change it. The reason is once it is received we usually start making it. But please notify us immediately so we may be able to change your order if it is right away but we can not promise anything.
